What this is

ALIVE by KXLLSWXTCH.

The title and artist above are the ones TikTok stored for this sound, and the link goes to that sound on TikTok. We have not matched them to a music catalogue, so we publish no release date and no catalogue identifier, and we do not claim this is the same recording as any particular release.

What we measured

In the 78 most recent public TikTok videos we reviewed on 2 September 2026, we counted 67 different accounts and 40,496 combined views at the time we looked.

One account, @ash.natty, accounted for about 40.3% of the views in that sample, so the total is not spread evenly.

These figures describe that one dated sample, not the sound's total use. We do not know from a single sample whether use of this sound is rising or falling, and we do not say that it is.

Creative direction

Use the track to highlight a character's emotional turning point.

Looks like a fit for: Film and anime editors on TikTok

• Do: Sync the beat drop to a character's transformation or emotional peak
• Do: Use high-quality cinematic footage (4K/1080p)
• Do: Include a text overlay that captures the character's internal struggle
• Do: Keep the edit under 15 seconds for maximum loop potential
• Avoid: Don't use low-quality, pixelated footage
• Avoid: Don't ignore the lyrics—the edit should match the 'melancholic' theme
• Avoid: Don't let the audio play past the 30s mark without a visual change

Suggestions our AI drew from the videos it reviewed. They are ideas, not rules, and we make no claim about which will perform better.
