Creator Agreement
Last updated: February 2026
v1.01. Overview
This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") sets out the specific terms that apply to you as a Creator on TrackBounty. It covers your obligations, rights, and what you can expect from the platform regarding campaigns, payments, content, and data.
This Agreement is in addition to the Platform Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. If there is a conflict between this Agreement and the Platform Terms, this Agreement takes priority for Creator-specific matters.
2. Who Is a Creator
A "Creator" is any user who registers on TrackBounty to participate in promotional campaigns by creating and submitting TikTok content. Creators may join multiple Clients' workspaces (tenants) to access different campaigns.
To participate in campaigns, you must:
- Have a valid TrackBounty account with a verified email address.
- Link and verify at least one TikTok account you own.
- Be accepted into a Client's workspace (either by invitation or application).
3. Account & TikTok Verification
TrackBounty requires you to verify ownership of your TikTok account(s) through our bio code verification process. You agree to:
- Only register TikTok accounts that you personally own and control.
- Complete the verification process honestly and promptly.
- Not register accounts belonging to other people, even with their permission.
- Keep your linked accounts up to date and remove any you no longer control.
Accounts that fail verification or are found to be fraudulently registered will be removed, and your TrackBounty account may be suspended.
4. Campaigns & Submissions
Joining Campaigns
You may browse and join campaigns available through Clients whose workspace you have been accepted into. Each campaign has specific requirements (hashtags, sounds, minimum followers, deadlines) that you must meet before submitting.
Submission Requirements
When submitting content to a campaign, you agree that:
- The TikTok video is original content that you created.
- You comply with the campaign's specific requirements (required sound, hashtags, etc.).
- You comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- You do not submit the same video to multiple campaigns unless explicitly permitted.
- The video remains publicly available on TikTok for the duration of the campaign.
Removing a submitted video from TikTok during an active campaign may result in your submission being rejected and payment being forfeited.
Approval Process
Submissions are reviewed by the Client or TrackBounty moderators. Approved submissions are tracked for performance. Rejected submissions will include a reason where possible. You may appeal a rejection within 14 days by contacting support.
5. Content Ownership
You retain all rights to your TikTok content. TrackBounty does not claim ownership over any video, image, or creative work you produce.
By submitting content to a campaign, you grant the Client:
- A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to reference and track the content for campaign analytics and performance measurement.
- This licence lasts for the duration of the campaign plus 12 months.
- This licence does not include the right to re-upload, modify, distribute, or use your content in advertisements without separate written agreement.
You also grant TrackBounty a limited licence to display submission thumbnails and metadata within the platform for operational purposes.
6. Payment Terms
How Payments Work
Campaign payment structures (views-based CPM, leaderboard prizes, first-come-first-claimed) are set by the Client at campaign creation. Your earnings are calculated based on verified view counts and engagement metrics retrieved from TikTok's APIs.
Wallet & Earnings
Your wallet balance is displayed in your dashboard and updated after each campaign settlement. Wallet balances are non-interest-bearing and represent a right to request withdrawal.
Platform Fee
TrackBounty deducts a 10% platform fee from your gross campaign earnings before crediting your wallet. The fee breakdown is shown transparently in your earnings summary for each campaign. For example, if your gross earnings are £100, the platform fee is £10, and £90 is credited to your wallet.
Some workspaces may operate with different fee arrangements (including 0% fees with manual off-platform payments). The applicable fee rate is shown in your campaign details.
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal: £10 (or equivalent in your currency).
- Methods: PayPal or bank transfer (via Stripe).
- Processing time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
- You are responsible for providing accurate withdrawal details. TrackBounty is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect PayPal address or bank account that you provided.
- Your payment provider may charge its own fees for receiving funds.
Inactive Balances
If your account has a positive wallet balance and you have not logged in or made a withdrawal for 12 consecutive months, we will attempt to contact you via email. If we are unable to reach you after 30 days, unclaimed balances may be subject to applicable dormancy laws. Contact trackbountymusic@gmail.com to reclaim your balance at any time.
Manual Payment Workspaces
Some workspaces operate outside the standard payment flow, with Clients making payments directly to Creators off-platform. In these cases, the wallet and withdrawal system does not apply, no platform fee is deducted, and payment terms are as agreed between you and the Client.
Taxes
You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on your earnings. TrackBounty does not withhold taxes on your behalf. If your earnings exceed applicable thresholds, you may be required to provide tax information.
7. Fraud Policy
TrackBounty operates automated fraud detection that monitors all submissions for suspicious activity. You agree that:
- You will not use bots, view-buying services, engagement pods, or any form of artificial engagement to inflate metrics.
- Submissions flagged by our fraud detection system may be reviewed, rejected, or result in forfeited payment.
- Repeated fraud violations will result in permanent account ban across all Clients' workspaces.
- If your submission is flagged, you have 14 days to dispute the finding by contacting support with evidence.
TrackBounty's fraud detection uses view patterns, engagement ratios, and velocity analysis. Our determination is based on the data available to us, and we will act in good faith when reviewing flagged submissions.
8. Data & Profile Visibility
What Clients Can See
When you join a Client's workspace, the Client can see:
- Your public profile: display name, TikTok username, follower count, engagement rate, region, niche tags.
- Your submissions to their campaigns: video URLs, view counts, engagement metrics, approval status.
- Your payment status for their campaigns.
What Clients Cannot See
- Your submissions or performance on other Clients' campaigns.
- Your earnings from other Clients.
- Your email address, PayPal details, or other private account information.
Discoverability
Your public profile (username, follower count, engagement rate, region) may be visible to other Clients for discovery purposes, allowing them to invite you to their workspace. You can control this through your profile visibility settings. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is used.
9. Exclusivity
You are not exclusive to any Client on TrackBounty unless a specific campaign states otherwise. You are free to:
- Join multiple Clients' workspaces simultaneously.
- Participate in campaigns from different Clients.
- Work with Clients or brands outside of TrackBounty.
However, you should not submit the same TikTok video to campaigns from different Clients unless both campaigns explicitly permit it.
10. Leaving the Platform
You may leave any Client's workspace at any time. You may close your TrackBounty account at any time by contacting support.
Upon leaving:
- Any approved and confirmed payments for completed work will still be processed.
- Pending submissions that have not been approved may be cancelled.
- Your profile and submission data will be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Disputes
If you have a dispute with a Client regarding payment, submission rejection, or campaign terms:
- First, attempt to resolve it through the Client directly.
- If unresolved, contact TrackBounty support. We will review the situation and may mediate.
- TrackBounty's determination on fraud flags, submission eligibility, and platform rule violations is final, subject to the dispute process described above.
For legal disputes, the Governing Law section of the Platform Terms applies.
