What this is

Bottle by remiwolf.

The title and artist above are the ones TikTok stored for this sound, and the link goes to that sound on TikTok. We have not matched them to a music catalogue, so we publish no release date and no catalogue identifier, and we do not claim this is the same recording as any particular release.

What we measured

In the 165 most recent public TikTok videos we reviewed on 1 September 2026, we counted 133 different accounts and 1,040,707 combined views at the time we looked.

One account, @remiwolf, accounted for about 45.0% of the views in that sample, so the total is not spread evenly.

These figures describe that one dated sample, not the sound's total use. We do not know from a single sample whether use of this sound is rising or falling, and we do not say that it is.

Creative direction

Keep it raw. No heavy filters. Use the lyrics to highlight a personal habit you're trying to fix.

Looks like a fit for: Gen Z creators who value raw, unfiltered life updates.

• Do: Use the 'off and on' lyric to show a transition between a 'slump' day and a 'productive' day.
• Do: Film a face cam lip sync that feels like a bedroom performance.
• Do: Use text overlays to share a relatable 'screw my head on straight' moment.
• Do: Cut to the beat during the chorus for a high-energy reveal.
• Avoid: Don't use overly polished, studio-lit setups; keep the aesthetic casual.
• Avoid: Don't ignore the lyrics; the video must match the theme of self-reflection.
• Avoid: Don't use the sound as background noise for unrelated dance trends.

Suggestions our AI drew from the videos it reviewed. They are ideas, not rules, and we make no claim about which will perform better.
