What this is

BROKE by ZAYLO.

The title and artist above are the ones TikTok stored for this sound, and the link goes to that sound on TikTok. We have not matched them to a music catalogue, so we publish no release date and no catalogue identifier, and we do not claim this is the same recording as any particular release.

What we measured

In the 78 most recent public TikTok videos we reviewed on 6 September 2026, we counted 77 different accounts and 1,797,396 combined views at the time we looked.

One account, @cavalcaedits, accounted for about 66.8% of the views in that sample, so the total is not spread evenly.

These figures describe that one dated sample, not the sound's total use. We do not know from a single sample whether use of this sound is rising or falling, and we do not say that it is.

Creative direction

Focus on frame-perfect sync. Use the lyrics to tell a story about a character or athlete's struggle.

Looks like a fit for: Video editors and fan-page creators

• Do: Sync your primary visual transition to the 0:05 mark
• Do: Use high-contrast color grading to match the dark aesthetic
• Do: Include a text overlay that highlights the 'heartbreak' or 'betrayal' theme of the lyrics
• Do: Keep the edit under 15 seconds for maximum loopability
• Avoid: Don't use slow, static shots; the track needs high-velocity movement
• Avoid: Don't ignore the lyrics; the edit should feel emotional, not just aggressive
• Avoid: Don't use the sound past the 30s mark, as the energy plateaus
