Decline - Slowed

What this is

Decline - Slowed by plaguedoll & kellv, the Slowed version as it appears on TikTok.

The title and artist above are the ones TikTok stored for this sound, and the link goes to that sound on TikTok. We have not matched them to a music catalogue, so we publish no release date and no catalogue identifier, and we do not claim this is the same recording as any particular release. TikTok labels this sound as the Slowed version; a different version of the same song is a different sound with its own page.

What we measured

In the 300 most recent public TikTok videos we reviewed on 27 August 2026, we counted 263 different accounts and 33,016,833 combined views at the time we looked.

These figures describe that one dated sample, not the sound's total use. We do not know from a single sample whether use of this sound is rising or falling, and we do not say that it is.

Creative direction

Focus on high-impact visual transitions that hit exactly on the bass drop.

Looks like a fit for: Anime editors and gym-focused creators

• Do: Sync your primary visual transition to the 0:05 bass drop
• Do: Use high-contrast color grading for anime clips
• Do: Include a relatable POV text overlay in the first 3 seconds
• Do: Use fast-cut editing techniques for the chorus
• Avoid: Don't use slow, static shots for the entire duration
• Avoid: Don't ignore the beat; off-sync edits will flop
• Avoid: Don't use long intros; get straight to the action

Suggestions our AI drew from the videos it reviewed. They are ideas, not rules, and we make no claim about which will perform better.
