What this is

homage by EX7STENCE™.

The title and artist above are the ones TikTok stored for this sound, and the link goes to that sound on TikTok. We have not matched them to a music catalogue, so we publish no release date and no catalogue identifier, and we do not claim this is the same recording as any particular release.

What we measured

In the 300 most recent public TikTok videos we reviewed on 16 August 2026, we counted 271 different accounts and 289,345,390 combined views at the time we looked.

These figures describe that one dated sample, not the sound's total use. We do not know from a single sample whether use of this sound is rising or falling, and we do not say that it is.

Creative direction

Keep it punchy. Use the 13s duration to build tension and hit the transition.

Looks like a fit for: Sports editors and Gen Z creators sharing 'real' life moments.

• Do: Sync your primary visual transition to the 0:05 mark
• Do: Use a high-contrast text overlay for the hook
• Do: Feature a 'before and after' or 'then vs now' visual
• Do: Use the sound for a 13-second 'aesthetic' loop
• Avoid: Don't let the audio play without a visual change for more than 3 seconds
• Avoid: Don't use low-quality, blurry footage
• Avoid: Don't ignore the lyrics—try to time text reveals to the vocal phrasing

Suggestions our AI drew from the videos it reviewed. They are ideas, not rules, and we make no claim about which will perform better.
