What this is

Rock Paper & Scissors by GlizzyBandit.

The title and artist above are the ones TikTok stored for this sound, and the link goes to that sound on TikTok. We have not matched them to a music catalogue, so we publish no release date and no catalogue identifier, and we do not claim this is the same recording as any particular release.

What we measured

In the 219 most recent public TikTok videos we reviewed on 31 July 2026, we counted 197 different accounts and 997,967 combined views at the time we looked.

One account, @mryeehawbeerman, accounted for about 34.5% of the views in that sample, so the total is not spread evenly.

These figures describe that one dated sample, not the sound's total use. We do not know from a single sample whether use of this sound is rising or falling, and we do not say that it is.

Creative direction

Keep it raw and fast. Sync your cuts to the aggressive vocal hits.

Looks like a fit for: Sports editors and street-style creators

• Do: Sync your hardest clips to the beat drop at 0:05
• Do: Use a high-contrast filter to match the raw aesthetic
• Do: Include a text overlay that sets the scene (e.g., 'POV: You're the coldest on the court')
• Do: Use the first 15 seconds of the track for maximum impact
• Avoid: Don't use slow, cinematic transitions; keep the cuts sharp and aggressive
• Avoid: Don't use the track for soft or romantic content; it kills the vibe
• Avoid: Don't ignore the regional roots; lean into the street/raw aesthetic
