What this is

Swang by Rae Sremmurd.

The title and artist above are the ones TikTok stored for this sound, and the link goes to that sound on TikTok. We have not matched them to a music catalogue, so we publish no release date and no catalogue identifier, and we do not claim this is the same recording as any particular release.

What we measured

In the 60 most recent public TikTok videos we reviewed on 8 August 2026, we counted 60 different accounts and 457,890 combined views at the time we looked.

One account, @liyahhhhhh67, accounted for about 57.1% of the views in that sample, so the total is not spread evenly.

These figures describe that one dated sample, not the sound's total use. We do not know from a single sample whether use of this sound is rising or falling, and we do not say that it is.

Creative direction

Keep it fast, keep it casual. Use the beat to transition between your best looks.

Looks like a fit for: Fashion creators and lifestyle vloggers aged 18-25

• Do: Cut your outfit transitions exactly on the beat drop
• Do: Use a text overlay to describe your 'vibe' or 'aesthetic'
• Do: Include a 'face cam' moment at the start to hook the viewer
• Do: Use the sound for a photo dump of your favorite recent looks
• Avoid: Don't use the sound for slow, static videos; it needs movement
• Avoid: Don't ignore the beat; the sync is what makes this track work
• Avoid: Don't over-produce; keep the lighting and camera work casual
