What we measured

In the 300 most recent public TikTok videos we reviewed on 20 August 2026, we counted 289 different accounts and 44,773,074 combined views at the time we looked.

One account, @bollitwiscl, accounted for about 32.4% of the views in that sample, so the total is not spread evenly.

These figures describe that one dated sample, not the sound's total use. We do not know from a single sample whether use of this sound is rising or falling, and we do not say that it is.

Use the track to highlight a 'hidden' detail or 'plot twist' in your favorite show or game.

Looks like a fit for: Anime/Gaming editors and fandom theory creators

• Do: Sync your text overlays to the rhythmic 'slices' in the beat
• Do: Use high-quality clips from the source material
• Do: Start with a hook that poses a question (e.g., 'Why did [Character] actually do that?')
• Do: End with a call to action in the comments
• Avoid: Don't use the sound past the 20s mark; keep it punchy
• Avoid: Don't use low-resolution or blurry clips
• Avoid: Don't let the text overlay cover the main action of the clip
