What this is

The One by Jorja Smith.

The title and artist above are the ones TikTok stored for this sound, and the link goes to that sound on TikTok. We have not matched them to a music catalogue, so we publish no release date and no catalogue identifier, and we do not claim this is the same recording as any particular release.

What we measured

In the 300 most recent public TikTok videos we reviewed on 25 July 2026, we counted 293 different accounts and 78,265,656 combined views at the time we looked.

These figures describe that one dated sample, not the sound's total use. We do not know from a single sample whether use of this sound is rising or falling, and we do not say that it is.

• Do: Keep the total duration under 15 seconds.
• Do: Use a 'POV' text overlay at the start.
• Avoid: Don't use shaky, low-light footage.
• Avoid: Don't let the video run past the 16s mark.
• Avoid: Don't use distracting voiceovers; let the track carry the mood.

Suggestions our AI drew from the videos it reviewed. They are ideas, not rules, and we make no claim about which will perform better.
