The title and artist above are the ones TikTok stored for this sound, and the link goes to that sound on TikTok. We have not matched them to a music catalogue, so we publish no release date and no catalogue identifier, and we do not claim this is the same recording as any particular release.

What we measured

In the 300 most recent public TikTok videos we reviewed on 19 August 2026, we counted 286 different accounts and 7,706,017 combined views at the time we looked.

One account, @soniapolacek, accounted for about 25.3% of the views in that sample, so the total is not spread evenly.

These figures describe that one dated sample, not the sound's total use. We do not know from a single sample whether use of this sound is rising or falling, and we do not say that it is.

Use the 'make it better' lyric as your transition point for a reveal.

Looks like a fit for: Beauty, hair, and fitness creators

• Do: Start with a 'before' shot in the first 5 seconds.
• Do: Sync the 'make it better' lyric to your final reveal.
• Do: Use text overlay to describe the transformation.
• Do: Keep the video under 20 seconds for maximum loop potential.
• Avoid: Don't use the sound for high-energy, fast-cut action edits; it kills the vibe.
• Avoid: Don't talk over the audio; let the vocals carry the mood.
• Avoid: Don't use low-quality, blurry 'before' shots.

Suggestions our AI drew from the videos it reviewed. They are ideas, not rules, and we make no claim about which will perform better.
